BL4CKH4M - The A’s to Our Q’s:

Wooster: How did you get started in
creating art for the street?

BL4CKH4M: Out of sheer bordem,
Pittsburgh’s a fairly boring town and it was even worse 5 years ago.  Atleast
now there are other people doing interesting stuff here which pushes me to
continue doing what I do.

Wooster: What other street artists
do you most admire and why?

src="http://www.woostercollective.com/images/blkhm2.jpg" width= "150" align=
"right">BL4CKH4M: Banksy, I think that guy is like hilarious. there is a
great mix of humor in his stuff.  I enjoy WK’s work and bast I think they have a
great use of black and white images. Locally there are some really talented
people Vent26, Necs, Reke, Seak I feed off of all of them.

/>Wooster: What’s your favorite city, neighborhood, or block, to post
and/or to see street art?

BL4CKH4M: To see you cant really
beat New York.  To poster I dont know Pittsburgh is a really good city to get up
in.  I think San Fransisco is also a great city to poster in.

/>Wooster: What inspires you now?

BL4CKH4M: Could
really be anything from a show flyer to like a commerical for car wax.  I like
to take in a lot of stuff and come up with some witty way to spit it back into
the public eye.

Wooster: What are you currently working on?
Can you give us a sneak peek?

BL4CKH4M:
Currently…screenprinting lots of posters, working on some new stuff with my
friend Reke.  Trying to do some more collaborations with people.
