From our friend Silencio: 40 street and graff artists did over 5 sessions and created more than 100 non-illegal art pieces on canvas. Now the best 100 have been chosen and are ready for the world to see. Here in Denmark the graff and street art issue is very tense, as the general public sees this form of artwork as the 4th biggest crime problem in society!! Therefore the gathering of all these dedicated artists, to show our surroundings that there's more to it than the lies of the media and especially of the Copenhagen City Hall. Øksnehallen (an highly recognized expoplace in the center of Cph) has offered the opportunity of showing this smashing exhibition for a week without any payment, and free entrance, in full support of this cause, just wonderful!!

The idea to collaborate on a show grew out of the relationship and respect that GH and Jordan Crane have had for each others work over the past years. The idea; to take some of Jordans screen-print work from ten years ago and then have GH reinvent the work on paper with no rules or guidelines. In the fall of 2002 Jordan revisited his pieces and selected close to 30-40 prints to give to GH. Between 2002 and 2003 GH reinvented the works on paper. The result of this collaboration is a body of visual work that challenges the viewers sense of composition, color and concept.
