Just after dawn this morning, we headed up to
Central Park to experience Christo and Jean-Claude’s “The Gates”. Being hailed
as the “the” great public art event of the 21st Century, the Gates are absultely
stunning. For us, seeing the Gates first hand was incredibly inspiring.

Trip” to see the Gates on Presidents Day, Monday, February 21 from 2pm - 4pm.

On President’s Day we’ll be meeting at 2pm at 72nd Street and Fifth Ave
to take part in “The Spirit of the Gates” a walking meditation through Christo’s
installation led by Buddhist monks, and accompanied by religious leaders from
many different traditions, as well as people from all walks of life in New York.
It should be an incredible afternoon and an amazing way to experience The Gates.
