SUMMER HOURS - SUBMISSIONS FOR FEAR

It’s a New York tradition that beginning on the
Friday after Memorial Day, offices here in Manhattan (well not all, but most)
shut down early on Fridays to get a jump on the weekend. For the next few months
we’ll be spending our weekends with Hudson (our beloved Weimeraner)in Woodstock,
New York where we have no phones or Internet access. The next update to the
Wooster site will be on Monday morning.  We hope everyone has a great weekend!

Also…

The response to the href="http://www.woostercollective.com/hollywoodbook.html">Hollywood: The Remix
book
has been absolutely incredible.  In the first day alone, we received
hundreds of emails from around the world asking for copies. We did a limited run
of 1,000, so we should have them here for a few more weeks.  We’ll definately
have them for the opening night party for the Hollywood show on June 15th.
/>
Because we had so much fun putting the Hollywood book together, we’re
now planning our second “Wooster on Paper” project. The new book will coincide
with “FEAR”, a group photography show we are curating here in Manhattan this
September.  The show will look at the concept of fear in non-traditional
situations.

If you’d like to submit a photograph, illustration,
drawing, or a collage, for our “FEAR” book, here are the specifics:

/>We’ll be accepting drawings, collages, photographs, comics, etc until Friday,
July 2nd.  Please send your submissions to us at href="mailto:marc.schiller@gmail.com">marc.schiller@gmail.com. All
submissions need to be in greyscale in the JPEG format. 300dpi. We’ll be
printing the book in a 4.25” x 5.5” size in Black-and-White only (with a few
select pages in color).

Again, the deadline for submissions is July
2nd and the subject must to be about “FEAR”.

We
look forward to receving your submissions!
