One of the best things about putting together new
material for Wooster each week is that we get to discover and learn about new
artists each and every day. We love getting emails from all over the world,
hipping us to new artists so that we can pass it along to you.  A great example
of this was learning about a guy named Hugo Kaagman. 

The other day
we received the follwing email:

and I like it verry much. Today the name Hugo
Kaagman came up in my mind. Hugo Kaagman is one of the first stencil artists
in Holland I know. I saw his work years ago on the streets of "http://www.kaagman.nl/_private/muralsframe.htm">Amsterdam when I was
visiting the city with my parents. It was at that time when Punk was major. I
think his work was one of the first spraypaintings I saw on the street canvas.
