Next for Nicholas Ganz - Graffiti Women
If you’ve been checking out the Wooster site
recently then you know how much we love Nicholas Ganz’s new book
href="http://www.graffitiworld.org/">GRAFFITI WORLD. So we we’re thrilled to
hear last night that Nicholas is now putting together a new book and that this
one will showcase exclusively the work of female artists in the graf and street
art scene.
The recoginition of an amazing group of women who hit the
streets in what is primarily a scene dominated by men, is long overdue and well
deserved. Personally we can’t wait until this book comes out. For the past
couple of years, we receive at least two emails each and every week asking us to
point out other women in the graf and street art scene. In addition to amazing
artists like Swoon, Miss Van, Koralie, and Waleska, there are a ton of others
out there who’s work is perhaps known but the artist isn’t.
After
seeing GRAFFITI WORLD, we’re confident that Nicholas’ new book will become the
definative work on this subject. But to get there he needs your help….
