/>Email of the Day: “I found this piece of street art tied to a
tree at the Grand Army Plaza intersection on my way to work this morning and
really loved it. The hair was made of glitter and it was tied to the tree with a
scarf. It was nice to see that it was still there when I got off the subway
tonight, not effected by rain or collectors.
