How
long have you been creating street art: as Airgoose1, 10 months… but i’ve
been up under an hundred different names for a hundred different years.

What did you do last night: I’ve got flu, brought on by a heavy
weekend of tuaca, mushrooms and ecstacy… so spent the night in bed by myself,
watchin shit telly and snortin vitamin c. 

What is your
favorite thing to eat for dinner: cripsy duck in pancakes, mmm proper
lush

Who is your favorite fictional character: calvin from
calvin and hobbes, we’v got a few things in common

What do you
currently have in your pockets: mobile, keys, cheese, trees and a handful of
bees

If you were given “more time,” what would you do with it:
learn how to sleep more. and gettin up more with my crew: The 40 Thieves

Who do you love: Friends and family… no girl at the mo, but i’m
workin on it. she will be mine

How did you get started in creating art for the street?
/>I’d been doin really shitty graff for years. Then got into doin stickers
around 97/98 when i realised i was much better drawin my characters on
stickers in the house rather than on a wall off me head at three in the mornin.
not that that stops me gettin up tho, theres nothin better than gettin a fresh
tag or some lovelly proportioned character on a lovelly spot.  Movin to brighton
was proably the biggest push into gettin back involved in street art. It was
the first time i got hold of proper paint (Cheers dave,  rarekind), big fuck off
photocopies and also meetin good friends like muju who was also very keen to
get busy out and about.

What other street artists do you most
admire and why?
at the mo i’m really into supakitch, his charcters and
colours are well nice but he also rocks a real nice bubble letter style which
always goes down well in my house. Other big faves are Freaklub, os
gemeos, Paris, mudwig,  miss van, FKC, sumo, Aagh, ace, defacto, dist, nylon and
chum 101.

What’s your favorite city, neighborhood, or block, to
post and/or to see street art?
I gotta say brighton, theres some good
spots and its very lively on the sticker front. it gets buffed shit loads and
the council are mad on top of the the whole taggin scene… theres alot of
writers in brighton, some of the best, some of the worst. you’v also got Black
Rock which is one of the best hall of fames in the uk, so all in all its a
pretty good place.

What inspires you now?
Meetin up with
like minded friends, who wanna have a drink a smoke and go out and get up, with
whatever is a hand. wether it be some nice vinyl stickers they’ve had printed
up, some hand drawns, a bag full of beltons, a chrome-pocket bomber, or just a
pentel to attack a pub toilet wall.  basically anybody who just wants to get
creative and who is not scared of doin it different.

What are you currently working on? Can you give us a sneak
peek?
its just startin to get dark again so my fingers are gettin itchy
after a nice long holiday through the summer… i only managed to drag my arse
away from the beach a few times to get up with muju and de, and guests such as
pmh, tlp and mysterious al. So i’m gonna be lurkin in the shadows, my posters
are gonna get bigger, my characters sweeter and i’m also gonna get back into
doin throw-ups and dubs, dunno why just feel like it… ps.this all seems very
familiar???
