Fosik by KGBE Rotgut

From KGBE Rotgut: "When I first came to New York, Fosik (from Detroit) was one of the first kids I met who, like me, had a graffiti background( his more prolific then mine) but wanted to transition into doing less traditional street work. From that common interest and a mutual disgust in a lot of slick, modern art styles, we cofounded ROTGUT and put in many cold Sunday mornings bolting wooden signs into street poles. One of us would push around the shopping cart full of signs and the other would carry a piece-of-shit, rickety, old step ladder. It was a pretty stupid sight to behold and a real bitch and a half for whoever was carrying the ladder, but it worked pretty well and we would usually cover a good amount ground in this migrant worker style. Here are a bunch of photos of that early sign work."... Love it or leave it, kgbe ROTGUTTER
