Yo! The electricity is slowly

Yo! The electricity is slowly returning to lower
Manhattan.  Power returned to Wooster Street just a few minutes ago. (We’ve
been dark for about 23 hours)  New posts coming soon…..

Collective(Noun)

The Wooster Collective was founded in 2001. This site is dedicated to showcasing and celebrating ephemeral art placed on streets in cities around the world.
