Web Translators Suck

At the end of September we received an email with
the following attachment:

src="http://www.woostercollective.com/images/mascara-afro.jpg">

/>Having loved those spiral drawing kits when we were kids, we thought the piece
was cool.  But unfortunaltey the email wasn’t written in English so we had no
idea what the artist was telling us. The email said simply—

/>“hello!! son mascaras para la falsedad para todas aquellas persona que rehusan
e todo y se esconden en la falsedad. gracias”

Not having any clue
what this means, we decided to test some of the free online translation
services.  Each one gives us the same results:

“they are you
chewed for the falsification for all those person that rehusan and everything
and hides in the falsification. thanks”

Hmm…. that’s not
much help is it.  So we email the guy who sent us the email, asking him (or her)
to send us more stuff and to let us know where he or she is from.  But we hear
back nothing.  So we send another email and still get no response.  So after
waiting for over six weeks for the artist to contact us again, this morning we
decided to ask for your help—What does—son mascaras para la falsedad para
todas aquellas persona que rehusan e todo y se esconden en la falsedad” mean?

If you can help us out, drop us an email .  Thanks!
