“Ping-Pong Remix” is the project in which Gaston Caba offers his
Ping Pong characters in order to be recreated by some of his favourites
illustrators. We could say that the digital and the web encourage the artistic
collective work. And this might be true. We could theorize. But somehow there’s
something more basic in here: just game’s logic. And we know it: the best games
are the ones to be played by two. Without ping there’s no pong. Without pong
there’s no ping. And this is a creative game, in which the rules are being
rewritten while the game is played.”
