Río* from B a s t a r d i l l a on Vimeo.

The video clip above, fir the song Río (River ) by the band Aterciopelados, was created by the artist Bastardilla frame by frame through photographs with the art drawn on glass and transparent surfaces that were located in multiple locations around Bogota.

Bastardilla tells us:

“The river Bogota is the most polluted in the world and the message of this song is clear, ecological awareness and action against the Bogota River, water and environment in the world in general. The concept of the video Clip is based on the Boa, animal that according to the story of some indigenous communities the trapeze amazónico, she is the mother of water and the mother of life.”
