Profile : Other

I first heard about Other when he sent me an
e.mail after the Stencil Graffiti book came out. What he was doing I
found completely inspiring - painting freight trains with oil pastels in the
frozen train yards of Canada.

Through graffiti he found trains, and
his love for the old Hobo-style art. He threw away his spray paint and started
using oil sticks in a style of writing older than NYC graffiti train
painting.

He just sent some of his more recent stuff on walls with a
few trains too.

Mild mannered painter by day… vicious freight train
destroyer by night
