New York | February 21 | adFunture New York

adFunture Workshop is coming to New York City!  As part of our world tour, we will be coming to the Big Apple this February.  Gigantic Brand will be our gracious host for this event.  Our sincere thanks to the good folks there.

adFunture Workshop has been involved with producing designer toys and accessories products for the past 3 years.  Our mission is to introduce our artists to new audiences via the use of different media.  The artists we represent are all elites of street art and graphic arts circles.  Our partnering artists include Dave Kinsey, Flying Fortress, Fafi, D*Face, JAKe,  Devilrobots, Jim Koch, Mist, Shawn Smith, Dave Silva, MCA, Sam Fout, Doma, and Nick Walker.

As usual, our exhibition will include our customized Fling figures collection, better known as The Monkey Show. The collection is composed of 80 uniquely hand painted monkey vinyl figures by over 70 different artists from around the world. It is the original customized figure exhibition.  This collection has already been exhibited in Paris, Hong Kong, Chicago, and Vancouver of Canada.  After New York, the collection will travel to Amsterdam.  Artists involved in this collection include JAKe, Flying Fortress, Devilrobots and Furi Furi from Japan, Emily the Strange crew, Fafi,  Tilt, La MJC, Nick Walker, Phil Corbett, Jon Burgerman, Regular Product, Jesse Garcia, Michael Slack, SBTG, Eric Tsang, KOA, Makak, MadReal, Jason Bass, Pure Evil, Tado, MA,  Brian Quinlan, Nathan Caberra, and many more. This collection will stay for the duration of the exhibit.

Besides The Monkey Show, we will also exhibit our newest pieces, including new prototypes for 2005 and 2006.  Most of these pieces were never displayed before anywhere else.  Visitors will have the first opportunity to catch a glimpse of the new works by Fafi from Paris, Doma from Argentina, Flying Fortress from Germany,  D*Face from UK and Shawn Smith of USA.  These pieces will only be shown between Feb 21st to 24th, because these are true working-prototypes.

Come out and join the party,  folks!  Let’s have a fun night at adFunture New York  !
