at the moment i can’t complain about having not enough time

you love?: in general my family and my life and in special - i just can say
that love is something really really strange…

Wooster: How did you get started in creating art for the
street?

mr.?!: i started with the “normal” graff biz about six
years ago but too much trouble with the police force me to reduce it. In 2001 i
started with this kind of street art when i got a “flash” by a month spending in
sao paulo - these city gave me the motivation to start with these kind of street
art i do right now. for me this development from “normal” graff to this stuff is
a mirror of the development of myself.

Wooster: How did you
come up with the people that you use in your art?

mr.?!: in
genaral these signs - the questionmark and exclamationmark- are for me like all
life - the ambivalance in all things and situations like black/white, bad/good,
right/wrong and so on and in special the difference in my own person. the idea
with these signs i got on my trip to brasil which was the most influencing thing
for me up to know. since these trip i work on and with these signs. the people
?? if you mean these on the posters - there is no special criteria for being
chosen - if i find a nice photo wich brings me a fresh idea - i take it. but
most of the motives on the posters should “shock” people and bring them to think
about it…

Wooster: What other street artists do you most
admire and why?

mr.?!: i like street stuff done by zevs, space
invader and flying fortress. but there are so much other guys with realy fresh
stuff out there…

Wooster: What’s your favorite city,
neighborhood, or block, to post and/or to see street art?

/>mr.?!: my absolute nr.1 city is sao paulo - it’s a heaven for street
artists. don’t miss to go there - its great….but too far away to go there
every weekend;-)) - so in my nearer surrounding i prefer munich

/>Wooster: What inspires you now?

mr.?!: i just would
say my sorrounding - no matter if advertisment, the streets, friends,other
artists or even mode designers. Don’t walk through the world with your eyes
shut!
