Congratulations to Miss Van, who tomorrow night will have her first opening here in New York City. Miss Van is part of “Cute and Scary”, an exhibit at Flux Factory that “showcases works by emerging artists raised within a milieu where comics and Japanese animation began to reveal a dark side beneath the Hello Kitty exterior.” Joining Miss Van in the show are Ciou, Aya Kakeda, Camille Rose Garcia, Mickry 3, Eun-Ha Paek, Saya Woolflak. The opening night party is tomorrow night at 8pm. We’ll be there for sure.
