Microbo -  The A’s to Our Q’s:

Wooster: How did you get started in
creating art for the street?

Microbo: Street is for me like a
big library where you can have an idea of the world in real time.  it is where
all people pass by sooner or later: children, teenagers, adults, elderly,
intellectuals, uneducated, priests, tourists, immigrants, poor, rich, workers,
idler, business-men, housewives, tramps. I like the idea that, in this way,
everyone is able to see….  I started do it also for the principle!  Because I
am fed up with seeing and reading only slogans or commercial labels instead of
frescoes, great public buildings and graffiti like the ones painted in ancient
times..

Wooster: What other street artists do you most admire
and why?

Microbo: I think in Italy there are some “talented
monster” coming out from the shadow: Bo130, Robot inc., Pavia & Abbominevole
crew, Ozmo, plank, El euro, Banana, Pao, Lemeri, Goze, the 61 crew…etc etc

"left">Wooster: What’s your favorite city, neighborhood, or block, to
post and/or to see street art?

Microbo: I don’t have one
favorite city or spot…usually I like see arts in that places the seem
abandoned from God, or that places looks to much clean and boring!

/>Wooster: What inspires you now?

Microbo: the entire
microcosmo, invisible with naked eye, but important for evolution, creation, and
surviving

Wooster: What are you currently working on?  Can you give
us a sneak peek?

Microbo: working for two expo: one in Milan
hi9 (happening international underground 9 edition) one in Verona (caffe
mentale); illustrations for a sport/street magazine, posters, stickers (always)
updating my website, make love, no war propaganda, sleep more…have a
holiday
