I Woz Ere
Last night, after stopping by
href="http://www.dalekart.com">Dalek’s signing at the
href="http://www.kidrobot.com">Kid Robot store here in New York, we went out
for a few pints with Kelly Burns, Rubble
(from Jet+Rubble), Chris from Vapors, and
href="http://www.thelondonpolice.com/">The London Police. Kelly was telling
us about a cool little street art movie on the web called “I Woz Ere”. It’s
indeed great fun. Make sure to watch the whole thing. You can check it out

It’s been a terrific
couple of weeks here in New York to catching up with a ton of artists who are in
town for various projects. Last week it was great to see Urban Medium, Wood,
MCA, and many others who came in for the Toy2R show at Yo Yo Mart.
/>There’s a ton of cool events happening here next week as well. The highlight
for us will be The London Police’s show at Triple 5 Soul which is being
sponsored by our friends at Vapors. TLP has been spending two weeks working
inside both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Triple 5 stores as part of Triple 5’s
ongoing collaborative series called “The VS. Project”. The opening night party
will be next Thursday, November 18 at that the Triple 5 Soul Brooklyn Boutique
at 145 Bedford Avenue (on N. 9th St) If you’re planning on checking it out, be
sure to RSVP no later
than 4:00pm on Wednesday November 17th.
Here’s the flyer for the
show…
/>Another show here in New York to look out for is SUPERCALLIGRAFIK, Tristan
Eaton’s upcoming collaborations with Jeff
Soto. We ran into Tristan at Kid Robot last night and from what he told us,
the new stuff he’s doing, and the collaborations with Jeff are going to be
fucking amazing. The show kicks off November 20th at At
