in Bristol, 1992. Since then he has been creating many different works on the

Heath’s
chalk tags are an emotional exploration of mark making - gradually different
relationships formed between the marks - the structure and composition are also
important - he wants people to react emotionally to the signs at a simple level
- to make there own ideas about the marks.

HASH# was the first of
many chalk mark campaigns documented at irational.org. Marks like the hash sign
signify “space” and the colonisation of space.
