Goods—The A’s to Our Q’s:
Wooster: How did
you get started in creating art for the street?
Goods:
Peer pressure
Wooster: What other street
artists do you most admire and why?
Goods: The
Kings of Liesure in the 808, Banksy
because he made me quit my day job and it means something.
href="http://www.fotolog.net/neckface">Neck Face ‘cause he makes me smile,
and last but definitely not least
href="http://www.wearechangeagent.com/swoon/">Swoon because she makes me
wonder.
Wooster: What’s your favorite city,
neighborhood, or block, to post and/or to see street art?
/>Goods: What are you a cop? I can’t give that out. LES or
bust.
Wooster: What inspires you now?
/>Goods: My early 90’s skateboard collection. A
href="http://www.theblowup.com/street_market/">Reas Street Market piece and
Ryan McGinness piece I found recently and bought for a total of $100 at the sign
shop where their work was made. They’d been sitting there for 2 years being used
as samples and are both really nice. Trips to Utah and Alaska, Ill intentions,
LES, my enemies, and all that is Swoon.
Wooster:
What are you currently working on? Can you give us a sneak peek?
/>
Goods: I’d love to, but my agent says he’d rather you
see it on the street. I am working on another mask or 2. The next one’s going to
be a little more Maori influenced and the one after that will be an 80’s shaped
deck.
