“Narrowing down a picture that inspires
me every day is quite a   challenge.  As I looked around my place, and sorted
through photos, I realized there was a photo of a Fafi piece from NY that was
vivid in my memory, and I’ve held as a benchmark for my own art.  When i first
saw the Fafi piece over two years ago, I was not aware of Fafi at all. I took
this photo because it was so beautiful. The painting was weathered and layered
with other work, and the original craftsmanship shined through. much love to
