Hope you’re doing well. These two peices are by the artist "http://www.artandculture.com/arts/artist?artistId=314">Lawrence Weiner,
who’s huge, obviously;  apparently a couple of young guys at a major Chelsea
gallery on 24th st got his stencils and went around at night, laying them down
in front of various other galleries (These pics are taken in front of The Wrong
Gallery on 20th Street).  The guys said their bigtime dealer/boss wouldn’t let
them put the art on any of “his” sidewalk; this absence should give a hint as
to who the dealer is.”
