Hey Woostercollective! I love you!
thanks for keeping me updated and inspired! I am a photographer, and have been
documenting street art and graffiti for a long time. Lately I have started to
construct my own images (not just documentary-photography) through double
exposures, and since it’s boring to just stack up photographs without any
destination, I have organized an exhibition. It’s called “Byrom i et Portrom”
and I have no clue how to translate that into english, but it’s in an alleyway,
so maybe “Cityspace/ public space in an alleyplace” or something, but hmmm, that
sounds weird.. Anyway, it will be photos and graffiti and stensil-art in this
alleyway. It is zero-tolerance on graffiti in Oslo, but this alleyway is
private. It’s basically a 12 metres long corridor leading from the street into a
fantastic backyard . The place is a cafe called Dattera til Hagen, which is
situated at Gronland 10, Oslo. The grafitti and stensils will be done by Jame
and THP crew from Milano and Ojo and Ronja. The opening day is the 2nd of
June.
