did you get started in creating art for the street?

Dave: I
went out tagging with my friend Darren back in 1989. Since then i’ve done
thousands of hand made stickers and posters

Wooster: How did
you come up with the characters that you use in your stickers?

Dave: The Mission District in
San Francisco.  SoHo and The Lower East Side in New York.

Dave: The art work of
Gary Baseman, "http://www.timbiskup.com/index.html">Tim Biskup and "http://www.mumbleboy.com/mumbleboy/">Mumbleboy just to name a few. Street
art, music, my friend Darren and looking at the sky inspires me too.
