China / Tokyo Report #2

Getting into China is proving to be more
difficult then we could have ever expected.  After the typhoon blew by last
night, we returned to Narita Airport this morning to try to fly out today to
Beijing.  After waiting on the longest line we’ve ever seen we were told that we
would not have a flight to Beijing with two unbooked seats until Thursday of
this coming week.  That’s would be a full week after we arrived here in Tokyo
for a quick layover!

So after three hours of discussions with JAL
airlines, we’re finally booked on a flight tomorrow night to Hong Kong and then
to Beijing on Wednesday night.  That means two things.  (1) We’re in Tokyo now
for an extra day and (2) we will indeed be in Hong Kong for one night and a full
day.  So if you’d like to get together for a beer in Tokyo tonight or tomorrow
before we leave - we’re staying at the ANA Tokyo under the name of Marc
Schiller. Leave us a message. If you’re in Hong Kong and are free to meet up on
Tuesday, drop us an email to href="mailto:woostercollective@hotmail.com">woostercollective@hotmail.com
