“Recently Mike Clark of Colour your City href="http://www.geocities.com/coloryourcity" title="fame!">fame and I have
been putting together work for an exhibition we’re doing at the href="http://www.porthousespace.co.uk" title="Porthouse Gallery">Porthouse
Gallery
in Manchester. Everything is just about done and i’ve got this
Thursday off to hang the show (with help from the ever-ready href="http://www.fotolog.net/sleepyvalley" title="Falling Guy">Falling Guy)
before the Private View this Thursday night (the 22nd) kick off at 6pm.

/>Everyone is of course very welcome to come along (75 Port street, Manchester,
M1 2EG, UK literally minutes from Piccadilly Station…) and claim a free
sticker and pencil and I would of course be very grateful for the support.
Especially as Mike can’t come because he lives in Holland!

Read on
for the concept (for there actually is one) from the Press Release…

/>“Porthouse presents yet another innovative exhibition to fill your diaries. An
interactive exhibition, that consists of different cities illustrated in a
“paint by numbers” style. Each landscape features the jet-Pac j-boy character
and a “color your jet-Pac” pencil. Mike Clark has produced colored pencils (with
the slogan “color your jet-Pac” on the side) that visitors will be invited to
use to color in the drawings. Over the course of the exhibition, visitors are
encouraged to participate in the growth of the drawings. Visitors are rewarded
with “color your jet-Pac” pencils and j-boy stickers, as a reminder of their
participation in the exhibition.

If you could find a space for this
at wooster then I’d be very grateful and hopefully some folks will come along
and save us from the worst case scenario…no one colours anything in!

/>Thanks again and best wishes… Thomas
