/>ADC Young Guns 4, a terrific international art and design competition, is now
accepting submissions. If you’re not familiar with the Art Directors Club’s
Young Guns competition, it’s the only one of its kind solely devoted to
identifying and showcasing the most innovative people 30 years or under working
in art direction, advertising, publishing, graphic design, illustration,
photography, film and video, packaging and environmental design, experimental
fashion and interactive media.  And for the first time ever, the competition is
global.

Submissions are reviewed by an international selection
committee from a variety of disciplines. Roughly 100 will be invited to
participate in the exhibition at the ADC gallery in New York in September 2004
and will be featured in the ADC YG4 catalogue. The ADC YG4 recipients will be
announced in April 2004.
