Birdhouses from Uneek and the StreetSweeper Crew

The other day we put up a photograph of
Kilsterpete’s amazing birdhouses in Stockholm. Well it seems that birdhouses
have been going up in more cities around the world. href="http://www.fotolog.net/scars_and_scabs/">Uneek from the StreetSweeper
Crew in Upstate New York has been puting up birdhouses around the New York area.
He writes:

“Our small squadron of 3 street soldiers
(PRVRT, SLACK, & myself) has spent the last few months attacking the city with
guerilla birdhouses. We will not stop until all birds have decent, affordable
housing.”

stolen, onewas even smashed… We have tried to reclaim the spots, and leave a

Lastly a pic of our first birdhouse… This has been up since
summer and is still up. I see it every day, and I love how the elements have
taken their toll… Some day I’ll get a pic with a bird in or on one of our
houses…
