Chincheta is an artist from Madrid, Spain. The stencils above are from a new project called “dream” (“sueƱa” in spanish…).

Chincheta writes:

This project covers three areas: stencils, stickers and posters.. all of them have been sticked and painted in the streets of madrid, granada and barcelona.. the first stage of the proyect is: returning to childhood..and that’s why my stickers look so inocent and why they are attached to some of the poems i write, that express some of the feelings that we leave behind when we grow.. my stencisl in this first stage are made of, normally, four or five layers, and measure between 1 meter and 2 meters high..they are mainly made up pf photographs i take personally or i choose from my favorite photographers, showing children or images that inspire childhood.. the more important part of the proyect is not so much the image but the content, the “whole”.. centering basicly on the text that goes with it.  On my website i show my last works and some of my poems.
