SHOW NOTES:

On Friday evening we sat down with
Alison Young, an Associate Professor at the University of Melbourne who has been
comissioned by the city of Melbourne to draft a new policy on how graffiti can
co-exist in the city without it being viewed purely as vandalism. Allison’s
proposal is now up for public review.
