From Orko in London: "I saw these round Hoxton with my dig camera. I have no idea what they are. I'm quite intrigued. Does anyone know more about them?"

UPDATE FROM PMH (Nov. 10): "the writing is done by stencil but instead of using paint, theyre using bleach....cleaning the grime up to such a degree it looks like paint when used in a shitty wall."
